Sa Fira (Fair), Santanyí

For a local, family-friendly Mallorcan fair, the Sa Fira in Santanyí will not disappoint. It combines artisan produce, show cooking, farm animals, and children’s activities.

The Sa Fira market officially opens on Saturday, although diverse activities are also held on the Friday. All that Santanyí has to offer is represented at one of the many stands. There are stalls dedicated to fresh produce, handmade gifts, local restaurants, classic cars, agricultural equipment, and even stands run by the town’s students. Children will also love being able to see farm animals up close.

The church of Sant Andreu will host concerts featuring their organ. For a less classical performance, there will be crackling fireworks and mischievous devils in the street for the ‘correfoc’ at 23.00, followed by DJs. On Sunday, the market will reopen for another relaxed day.
